You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. No Telephonic message will be entertained regarding cancellation/modification (only written confirmation will be accepted). The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

Rules for cancellation of Package tours :                                                                                                                                                      

A. 100% deposit money will be refunded, if the said journey is cancelled by “Ghure Ashi Tours & Travels” under any circumstances. 
B. 80% of the package cost will be refunded if the Package tour is cancelled by the passenger between 120 days to 90 days  of the journey date.
C. 60% of the package cost will be refunded if the Package tour is cancelled by the passenger between 89 days to 60 days of the journey date.
D. 40% of the package cost will be refunded if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger between 59 days to 30 days of the journey date.
E. 20% of the package cost will be refunded if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger between 29 days to 15 days of the journey date.
F. 10% of the package cost will be refunded if the package tour is cancelled by the passenger between 14 days to 7 days of the journey date.
G. NO REFUND will be made if the ticket is cancelled by the passenger before 6 days of the journey date. 
H. In case of season time, no refund is allowed in cancellations made within 30 days.
I. If the tour program is cancelled by the “Ghure Ashi Tours & Travels”, the deposit money will be refunded. Authority is not liable to show any explanation or responsible for any demerge for such Cancellation.
J. Cancellation of Air/Ship package tours: Refund of Air/Ship tickets as per the rules of Air/Ship authority and rest (balance) amount will be refunded after deducting such amount as per our above mentioned (No.16, A to H) rules of cancellation.
